    Seller’s Description:
Sunnyside Chevrolet of Elyria, Ohio in conjunction with Greg's Sports, Classic, & Muscle is proud to offer for sale this beautiful 1970 Buick Skylark GS Clone.

Let's please just start right up front by saying this car is a GS Clone. Having said that when you are ripping down the road in this gentleman racer no one is gonna know you didn't pay 50K for the ''real thing''.

Just purchased by us out of long-term ownership this is a real Light Canyon Red over black Skylark according to its original trim tag. In 1999 a 1970 455 Engine and Transmission were built for this car and we know the following specifications: The 455 has 30 over timing and makes 475 horsepower. (Drive it and you WILL BELIEVE it). My brother Johns ''rear end dyno'', his butt basically, says 475 horses no problem, with a big old smile on his face. Port and polished heads, Stage 1 valves, cam and lifters, Billit pulleys, double roller timing chain, 850cfm Quadrajet, Mallory electronic ignition, long tube headers, 3'' Flowmasters, Turbohydramatic 400 with a 3500 stall converter, chrome moly flywheel, 12 bolt with 4.10's and a sway bar and you got some scoot that's gonna bring a smile to your face. Bako did the motor, Browers did the machine work and Baker did the tranny. All the work still performs wonderfully today.

When you walk around this car you will find a very nice driver quality car that would not be embarrassed at any local show. The paint, interior, chrome, engine compartment and underside all present themselves in a very nice fashion understanding that the car was restored about 20 years ago. If you are looking for a very nice driver that will blow the doors off a whole lot of what is out there on the road this may very well be the right one for you.

Drive it, show it, keep it in a bubble and polish it as a prized possession, the choice is yours once you make it yours.

We stand behind our thoughts on this car by offering our travel expenses guarantee- come see the car and if we have materially misrepresented its condition we will gladly pay half of your travel expenses up to $500.00- this offer had been in place since we sold our first classic and we haven't paid the money yet.... We pride ourselves on having good cars and representing them properly.

Additional pictures and video are available, please call 440-365-7311 for more photos, information or to schedule a test drive.

    Price: $19

Doo Wop Where were you in '62?

Body side moldings sure kill the car's beautiful body lines.
