I am looking for advice on repairing the plastic piece that is part of the ram air insert. Some of the screw holes are loose and one is cracked with a small piece missing. My plan is to super glue the crack, then use JB weld to fill the screw hole and missing area. I then plan on drill a correct size hole for the screws. Any suggestions????

What I have done in the past for loose screw holes on the scoops is to use a stick match and insert it in the hole and cut it to length. It may take more than one to get the screw tight but the wood match will give and not crack the plastic.

Drill the boss out larger, then fill with 3m8115, JBquick or something similar, then drill the appropriate size for the intended fastener, as for the crack dremel a V groove and fill with the above then sand down

If you use JB products use the original(black&red tubes) product, the quick drys too soft.No matter what you use,I've dam near tried everything!predrill with 1/8 drill,(if using the original hex heads)otherwise youll blow the holes out.By the way theres is no product thats way better then another.

Now that I think about it , last set I done I used fiberglass resin, cause I was out of 8115, worked fine

Wheelz used to repair these & sell them with the hardware. I bought a set & they look nice. Maybe PM him for some advice.
