That poor car is a mess, if you look at the suspension bolts they are hardware store bolts, the hold off valve for the brakes is missing.. Maybe they used a 71 later proportioning valve?? I would check those VIN rivets, cannot tell for sure but look incorrectly installed. For sure have to check the frame numbers...
