Easy way to tell if you have the 70 vs 71 & 72 is look at the bottom of the base and if it has two holes its 71/72 if its one hole its 70
Thx. Ryan - I never knew that (or I forgot - Sucks getting old). One hole fits one year only, two holes fits 2 model years. Easy enough .
What is weird is all of the one i have came from 70 gs 455. 70 gs 350, and 70 skylark custom.all werekansas built cars. I tookone set off a car with 70 bumper 2 months ago. So i am curious howmine are wrong.
It's certainly possible (based on your experience probable) that Kansas used a different vendor and different design. We don't see many Kansas built cars on the east coast.
