    So on the positive side, if you pulled off the ground effects, painted the bumpers silver, and changed out the headlights it wouldn't be that bad.

    I think maybe the owner is using them for free storage. Here hold on to this and keep xx% when you sell it. After a couple years of free storage, get your car back and say “too bad you didn’t sell it. “
