Thanks for checking on the gears. I'd say that you're correct on the 2.73. I already have one of those rears with that ratio. I think someone must have swapped that in because no GS Riviera came with anything less than a 2.93 in 1971.

Does the hood have spots that are rusted through? Or just surface rust? I have a spare hood buts it's junk because the bracing at the back is rotted through. Looking for another hood.
Just the worst of the rust you can find or any body damage that might be difficult to fix. I'm in Ct and I usually travel every few weeks to Attleboro. Looks like I won't be up there again until near the end of July, so if the hood looks good perhaps we can make a transaction then. Thanks!
Trim code from the body tag is 686 which I believe is "Saddle" interior. How does $40+shipping sound?
No body damage at all. A little pitting in some spots near the corners. Hope the pictures show it. July is fine or depending on how close you are, I could meet you halfway before then.
Just bumping this up in case anyone is looking for parts. As of now the engine and A/C system are gone. Everything else is still up for grabs. If no one needs anything, it's going to the shredder.
