    I thought that when GM went to single headlights, the front ends got ugly..

    Not always. The 2nd generation Camaros & Firebirds looked damn good until the bumper legislation caught up with them. As for the '71 Chevelle, I agree.

    I think the same thing.
    The '70 Chevelle is better looking with the 4 headlights, the '71/'2's look generic with just 2
    Im glad Buick stuck with 4 lamps thru '72
