For you guys running a stock suspension car.. for an 11 sec bracket car on a small tire..

what bushings in the front control arms? poly or oe rubber? and do you use the factory rubber "bump stops" under the upper control arms?

    Thank you!!

Rubber with washer between the outer bolt and washer to free up the movement. Or grind off the pointed edging.

I took out the rubber bump stop.
    No front sway bar

For consistency I would do either the afco steel bushings or Global West and spend the money for good shocks Viking and Strange are budget friendly. Stock suspension will work fine on excellent tracks but it cools off or gets to greasy you'll be in the hook or no hook situation, be the guy that can hook in a car wash

I run Global West Aluminum bushings on the lowers and poly's on top. Take out the factory bump stop and get a set of snubbers for Comp Engineering/ or lakewood traction bars. I wanna say my car has around 6-1/2 inches of travel but id have to look at my notes.
