We have blocked 80 Rooms and when we fill those up the additional rooms will also get the above rate. This Hotel will also be the location for the meet and Greet block party BBQ. so get your rooms early. This hotel also offers conference rooms and we have some tech sessions planed and information will be posted at a later date This Hotel will have security provided, but we again ask that trailers be left at the track When this Hotel is booked up the back up hotel will be the Hampton Inn... i have yet to talk to them about a rate and will post it as soon as I have information... Make sure you book your rooms so you can be at the Hotel with the best Buick Crowd. Host Hotel is now sold out am awaiting pricing on Hampton Inn and other Hotels I will post as soon as I get that information. you can still book at host hotel you will be put on a waiting list. We are looking into a Shuttle Bus to take you from outer hotels to Host Hotel if you wish to partake in adult beverages and do not wish to drive..more details to be posted when detail are finalized.
