So what happened ? It appears the thread was deleted.

 

That happens. The originator can do that.

 

I was interested to the cause of the noise but I guess that became a secondary priority once the mud started flying.

 

The intent of the post backfired on the OP. I think he wanted everyone to pile on the builder. If you read (or tried to read) that online litigation link, the 3rd grade grammar in it, and then the link to the thread on one of those Turbo Buick sites, everything became quite clear.

 

OP opened his mouth without the facts. Again.

 

But what was the noise? I've been out of town for the last work week.

I care nothing about the drama, just what the noise was.

 

I figure op never found out ,or did and had to backpeddle ...
