Does anybody no where to find a rebuild kit for the 300. or at least one that doesn't cost more than a used engine.
Depends on what you are replacing. Rings, bearings, timing chain and gears. In the hundreds. The above and pistons, rods, valves, springs, cam, push rods, lifters, oil pump. Low thousands. If you can give an idea of a close guess as to what you think you need, that will help narrow down a kit, or parts list. Also factor machine work, if you will tear down the block and have if prepared, partially or fully, and such information.

Just be sure to have the block and crank checked first by the machine shop so you can order the right pistons and bearings. http://www.northernautoparts.com/part/ek-ek0957
