Hello! Does anyone have a photo of the correct mounting position of the flex plate for a 67 LeSabre -340-4 with a Super Turbine? Can't seem to remember where it indexes on the back of the crank. It's not uniform as it has two oval cut outs and a "smile" cut out.

    Thanks!!:eek2:

MMM...you sure? On my 300 it could only go on one way...

I always mark them before I remove them.

I suggest just bolting it on and driving the car, if you have a vibration you can try spinning it around one bolt hole at a time untill the engine is smooth. You can do this in the car so it is not too big of a deal.

Thanks for the leads! It only bolts one way to the torque converter for sure. I checked last night. I know I saw a photo on the net somewhere that shows the position on the crank...just can't find it!

Bolting it on and driving it is kinda hard. I'd have to unbolt the trans and drive shaft, slide it back each time. With six bolts holding the flex to the crank, it's a killer
