Is there a factory number located on the 350 intake manifold that verifies if it's a Buick or a Chevy 350?
Some On the back it’s cast in big letters 350 and there will not be a hole in back for a distributor.
also : chevy t/stat faces up , buick t/stat faces forward . if laid next to each other the chevy is a way narrower intake .
Here's my 71 350 coming out of the hot tank. 350 cast on the back side, firing order on the front. Hope that helps

Yes, and the thermostat housing orientation. The Chevy has a hole at the back for the distributor. The hole at the back of the Buick intake is for the PCV valve.
