401 spreadbore intake manifold price

What is a nailhead spreadbore manifold worth?

 

I've seen them for 600.00, but never paid more than 150.00. the truth lies somewhere in the middle....

Good answer Rhett. Asking prices have gotten out of hand, $300 range is typical, but I wouldn't pay that much either. It really depends on who is selling it... might be under $150 if it's from a junkyard, or $350 if it's advertised on a Buick board.

 

i paid 400 recently..i just couldnt find one any less, and i searched hard for a month or so

 

I've got one and an NOS 66 Q-jet carburetor I'd let go for $800

 

I just sold 2 of them for 200 each.

they've been selling for more than $300 everywhere for quite a few years now.

 

Too bad no one makes an aluminum one, at these prices they should be able to come out ahead.

 

I've still got a set for $500 Canadian, just a warning, shipping would probably be stupid expensive. Carb needs an overhaul, but it's correct for a 66 Wildcat with a 425.

What part of Canada are you in? I get to Sault Ste.Marie periodically and am interested. Also get to International Falls.
