Is it true a turbo Buick AC box will fit better than a regular AC box and how Manny of you have had this combo work out all answers appreciated GNA throw the motor in soon
The 455 will fit nicely against the A/C box....it's only the non a/c box that needs to be notched. If you follow the instructions in the levelling and centering post you'll be fine (it's back up on the sticky page). You can get it an inch or so further back if you can find 1976 valve covers since they slant the opposite direction. Make sure you can get the valve covers off an on before you lock down the mounts.
