I have a TKO 600 5 speed manual with a .64 overdrive, 70 at 2,000 rpm makes for a nice highway cruiser. Really enjoy it.

Between 500 and 525. Pretty stout units.

Also have a TKO 600. Car is a lot more fun to drive now than it was with the automatic. Installation is pretty straight forward but I did have to cut some metal in the transmission tunnel. You may not have to with a 2nd gen A-body. Unless you already have a 4 speed car you will have to install a pilot bearing in the crank and that can be a problem if the crank was not drilled for a bearing/bushing. Even if it is drilled there's a good chance it is not the correct size for commonly available bearings.
