Price too high. What he has in it is irrelevant. If it were a Century or a Roadmaster it might be worth close to that (IMO). The hubcaps are '55 Roadmaster spinners with the spinners painted red, which (again IMHO) louses up the look big time. '55s are not rare.
I think if it were a properly restored car with some National award credentials it could push closer to that number, but there are obvious deviations from correctness which in something like that chips away at the price significantly.
Keep in mind that price is in Canadian dollars. In U.S dollars you would be looking at $35,710. I agree the Red spinners on the hub caps don't work at all and undermine the whole look of the car.
