61 Fuel Tank

I' being lazy here. I want to install a Sniper EFI. I need to thus go to an electric pump. Trying to decide in tank or inline.

Anyone know where I can get a new 61 Lesabre / Invicta tank ?

If I am going in tank, I will want to keep my original tank stock. For no other reason than its better to cut up a new tank.

I haven't found one online at all.

Checked with Holley already. They don't. Not in a 61 tank

 

I wonder if a '61 Impala tank could be made to work?

 

I had a 61 Electra 2dr that needed a tank I was never able to locate an aftermarket one. The 61 Electra seems to be a one off tank. I remember looking at different tank shapes and if I remember correctly an early corvette tank looked similar with side fill . I think between the 58 and 62 years . I could be way off on a fit but the shape looked similar and the side fill looked in right place .

 

I was ready to put a race tank in the trunk as a temp fix .
