Welcome! Check my posts for all kind of info on '64 Wildcat convertibles. I've done both restoration and minor modifications to mine. I have some parts available, mostly small interior and body stuff, with a few NOS parts mixed in. I bought a 2 door HT from another member to get a good rear bumper and some other parts. It may be the cheapest way to go. Where are you located?

No, I pulled all of the trim off of them to rebuild/repair mine and tossed the rest. Most will be pretty bad even on a well kept car. You could probably have some basic ones custom made for a reasonable price.

Contact member "shaggyfinisher". At one time he had an entire blue interior for sale. He may have some door panels.

Welcome... classic buick from Oregon and Cars inc. have lots of authentic stuff. eBay, Craigslist, and the forums will get you far along. Lots of fun... and money.
    Good luck
    Tom
