You don’t happen to have a 300 crankshaft do you?

No, sorry. Let me reach out to a local buddy to see if he might.

That'd be great trying to source a crank for my 65 300, sourcing 300 parts seems near impossible out here in California, all sbb 350s and sbc 350s

Do you have any rockers for the 300 engine, as it is supposed to be the same as the 225cu

Hey, look what I found! In that bucket there also was a thermostat housing, water pump, pushrods, and distributor from that motor. I think all of the pushrods were in there as well. Let me know if you have an interest, thanks.

Those are the same number as mine for the V6. The only diff is the A5 at the end of number. Mine have B2 - B3 on some, don’t know what that stands for. Anyways I only have one that is cracked and it is that number I gave you. What do you want for 1 or for 1 whole side. Where are you at? I’m in Vernon BC

I don't know what that means either, maybe post the question in the Small Block Tech forum within the Engine Tech section, I am sure someone will know. Aside from that, I may consider selling one whole side, not sure if I want to tear everything down and sit on the remainder of the parts. Tell you what, is there any other stuff you might be looking for, or would like to have as spares? Think about it and let me know, a lot of this stuff is getting harder and harder to find. I would rather get rid of most all of it, and a package deal would be a much better way to go.

  16. the V6 is a 300 with 2 missing cylinders. the rockers are interchangeable.

do you know if anything else is compatible, like pushrods or valves, I am rebuiding the 225

  19. deck height is same so pushrods will be same. I honestly dont know about valve sizes because they changed in the 300 from 64 to 65 from what I understand. timing cover and water pump should be same
