    5V accessory code so it is a L78 optioned car, but it is a 10B build date. It was built before November/ December 65 introduction of the L69 option which along with the trac paks and 54 w3os were the top dogs.

    What is the L78 option ?

    L78 = 442

    442 was a performance option for a Cutlass in the 66 model year. But, I recall that you could also order the L78 performance option on the Olds base A body, the F85.

    L69 = Tri- Carb option (introduced mid 66 model year)

    It looks like a radio delete plate was added. It still has the non-retractable radio antenna.
