hi,got a relay for my 67 riviera headlight motor from opgi but it s not the same (generic relay for ac/blower )where can i get one? also battleing with my center console to tighten the shifter and to access the neutral switch,how does it come off?
Cant help with the relay but as for the center console: pry up the center plate under the shift handle. remove the light bulb sockets and set aside. You will then see the 2 bolts holding down the handle. Remove them. There are 4 phillips head screws that hold the console to the floor. 2 in the bottom of the rear compartment and 2 near the latch assembly in the front compartment. Once its loose unplug the lighter connection to the rear ash tray. Lift out and remove. Install in reverse order.
COnsole is unbolt but still doesn t grant me access to shifter 2 bolts, how can i remove the plate trap under shifter handle?
