Yes and yes....look at TA PERFORMANCE for the parts...with 10:1 compressions heads and intake assuming adequate fuel delivery and away for it to all get out... it sure can be done
You'll need ported heads, or TA aluminum heads. You'll need to rev the smaller engine higher to make more HP, and that requires a bigger cam. Bigger cams make the engine less streetable.
