    It was done by David Roth on a rest free Montana car. I still have all the photographs from day one of the resto to show how he did it.
    It was probably the nicest 69 GS 400 I ever owned. I wish him the best with the sale

    I remember going to the shipper to send that one off to David, it spent some time in WA after Montana.

    It is all a numbers matching car.
    When it came to me, it was on a bill of sale and the DOT had to inspect the car for a new title. The car was not a frame off resto, but the officer commented several times while inspecting the frame for the VIN at how really clean the car was .
    The car had the front clip removed so as to be able to remove and build the engine, and detail the frame , and all components from the firewall forward.
    It drove out nicely and the attention to little details in and on the car was spot on
