Wildcat GS, if you ask your question in the Paper Trail forum, someone there will most likely help you decode your fender tag.
Today took the GS to a local show, the same old story, the judges walk right pass the GS and don't even give it a second look. :Dou:

I'm glad this beautiful 70 GS got a trophy, the only other Buick there.

Today was a nice dry but cold windy day, I attended a show up in Gardiner, NY. It was a pleasant drive to the show through the lower Catskill with the leaves changing colors. The classes were divided by years and but not by make. So again the GS350 was up against Chevelles, GTO's, 442's, and production light weight stock cars.

Sunday we attended the "Gathering of old Cars" at Mills Mansion in Statsburg NY, there were few Buicks there that I had never seen before. It was nice fun day by the Hudson River.

Belmont Race Track in Elmont NY will host a two day event, car show, swap meet, car coral. I will try to attend with the 69 GS350 instead of taking the GN, like I have in the pass years. Brother in Law will have the 71 GSx 455, just hope that it doesn't get too cold by trophy time.

Here is another fire glow picture. Friend of mine from work came over last weekend and took some pics before the winter rainy season started.

    Chris

Looks real good, I'm strongly thinking of going with 17 inch wheels for next year, the stock look even thou I like it doesn't do the car justice. Also thinking of darking some of the high spots with a red pearl.

I heard about your runs at Englishtown, at Belmont Race track today, I had the GS350 there and people were telling me about a GS400 the same color as mine doing 12 second runs. Good newS travels fast.

Thanks Chris, do they have a web site?
Went to a donation drive this weekend in Florida NY, even thou it was cloudy and cold, they got like 70 cars for this function. I think this it for the year, anything from now on would have to be indoors.

    Thank you Chris

I will look into it, but thinking of freshing up the engine, I was reading over the spec sheets that prior owner had put together, of all the work done to the car and has been 28k since it's last rebuild.

Jason, you are correct in a way, But it is starting to have some blow-by and everytime I correct one thing another gasket blows or starts leaking. I would like to re do it, clean and paint it nice, along with the engine compartment.
Besides, it will give John C somethiing to do over the winter.
