For all who are watching make mine a large pop corn with diet butter. THIS IS A STAGED AUCTION AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THIS GROUP OF CARS WILL NOT SELL. SO BID AWAY AND IF YOUR TO PURCHASE THE CARS REMEMBER (THE PARTS PLACE) FOR ALL YOUR BUICK NEEDS.

I agree with you drop top. I see a no sale. With the number at $110,000 it sure looks like a drive up in a muddy creek.

WOW .... I have just spent 1/2 hour reading all of this . I sure don't know who is right , or who is wrong , or if any of it really matters . I do understand all the interest in those cars but the only thing I caught in all of this was he has a near mint 65 GS and that to me is the most interesting part of this auction . Has anybody seen that car ? Is it really near mint ? And Sir if you have an interest in selling that car alone would you post pictures / price . I know to most of you it's probably the least interesting part of all of this , and based on the $ that seems to be mounting up it probably is . But to us guys that can't afford the $85K to $100K Buick's that car is a jewel if it's that nice .

That's my 2 cents , and best of luck to the seller and the buyer . I hope it all works out well for both .

    George

Big surprise, the auction was pulled before it ended:rolleyes: So its a no-sale. I take it the seller wanted to find out the market value. Looks like Tom Hansen was right.

    "Call to make an offer"

I'll be he just used Ebay and the ensuing drama as good advertisement, and pulled the ad when he got some rediculous offer.
