    71 455 block with numbers 41H926723, is this yours???
    BTW I did not paint this engine

    I just found the production code number, it was in the wrong spot. "TR" is the code

    well Ithought the block was machined so the porduction numbers were gone . looks like this is out of a non GS ride. code TR is a 455 4bbl

    From the number 9 after the H it came out of a 71 Riv.

    Where is the block at? I could be interested in it. And it won't be yellow when I finish it.

    the block is in Florida,
    there is not much info on this block. I believe the former owner was going to put it in this car (pic) judging from the "oh my gawd what the hell is that paint job!!!!". my opinion of course:laugh: :laugh:

    I did buy this wreck of a car and parked it indoors.

    All the other cars had the sequential production numbers starting with 1 (one). Only the Riv VINs started the last 6 digits with a 9.
