On my way home from work near bypass 4 in Fairfield Ohio yesterday I was passed by a '71 (I think, just caught a quick glimpse up close) GSX in the same color scheme as below. Had large black lettering with a red outline across the top of the windshield reading "BUICK". Looked like a nice ride, is it anybody here???

Yeah they are. Saw him coming from a mile away but I was in heavy traffic and couldn't divert my attention till he was going right by. Looked like a nice clean car too. Sad part is, I was gonna drive the white car in yesterday and decided not to at the last minute. Woulda been kinda neat had we spotted each other.

I don't recognize the car. Have never seen one in that color scheme around here that I can recall.

Shawn, you should have dropped in at Bridgewater falls on your way home. Pretty good turn out and great weather. I could have driven around all night with the windows down and the stereo up but had to get up early for.work...

So you were driving around the north side of Cincinnati just to blow past Shawn Riley? That seems kind of mean spirited.... :)

Haha. I almost figured when I looked up a picture to use as a reference it would be a members car. And turns out its Duane's no less!

Ken, I've been wanting to stop by there on a Tuesday, I've even driven by it in my Buicks multiple times. But it seems like every time it's nice weather, I have to get home so the wifey and go to work, so I don't have time. Then on the Tuesdays I have time, it's always raining. Just can't win!

Hey Shawn - You probably couldn't tell but did it have white interior? There's a Stage 1 4-speed over by Athens which is on the other side of Ohio - Lon

You are correct, i didnt get to take note of the interior. If I wouldve been any more distracted with the traffic I was in, I may have given a literal meaning to name on my truck.... (RAM.....get it?! :D ) The unique identifier on this car was the large "BUICK" script across the top of the windshield. I was hoping that'd narrow it down. I mean, other than the fact there aren't too many GSX's in that color scheme running around.

I have seen it cruising by my house a few times. The old style Buick windshield script caught my eye as well. I am thinking he lives out my way due to the number of times I have seen it. Between Oxford and Hamilton. Sooner or later Ill get a better look. Just neat to see someone out cruising around and enjoying it.

Zach is in SE Ohio, Shawn is in SW Ohio. I don't think this was Zach's.
