72 electra any idea connector

Hello everyone, I have this connector back behind my dash/gauge cluster and i dont see anything that it even appears to connect to. Anyone have any idea

 

Do the wipers work?

 

Yep it's a seperate one for those, the blade style, I'm thinking this has to go to something with pins like the window switches, but I dont see anything. My car is a limited but was ordered without a/c . Maybe it's something extra for a option that I dont have
