I know when all else fails (internet research) ask the experts. So removing the alternator bracket to clean it up I snapped a bolt in the water pump... removing the water pump snapped a bolt in the block... since I'm this far I want to replace a lot of the old with new. The only thing I can't find is the fuel eccentric. Mine is smoked! Not sure how it got this bad. Any thoughts? Why it got this bad and where to get a new one? I appreciate the help.

I do have an oil slinger. Possibly not working. Gonna replace it before I put everything back together. Bruno I appreciate it. PM sent.
