Sport steering wheel, how do you remove horn button. Not sure if to twist and lift or just pops off with screw driver or some other method. Tried both gingerly but nothing came loose. There is the silver colored piece behind it that is an extra separate piece I have not seen on other after market wheels I have added. Thanks in advanced.
Thanks Fred, got it off as you suggested using two screws drivers 180 * apart and some WD40. The silver trim piece behind the horn button itself is attached with screws to the button so the two pieces came off together. Taking car to shop to get short problem diagnosed, suspect problem with blinker switch or ignition cylinder. Decided to take button off in case mechanic not familiar with how. He might have to remove steering wheel. Hopefully not but he is the best in town according to a couple of my car buddies on electrical stuff. I'm the worst! :TU: Maybe not the worst but know I hate getting squeezed under the dash type work!
