Always wanted one of these, I've always loved the lines on them. Too bad I don't fit comfortably in one, otherwise I'd probably own one by now. Can't see much of the condition of the thing, but it doesn't look too bad. For the kind of money he's asking it better be close to mint or an incredibly preserved original that's "serviceable". This one currently is not, and unless he has bills to prove, no one really knows what's going on with that engine. So the owner figures he knows what the car is worth; bully for him! Someone had better educate the man that a commodity is only worth what someone else will offer for it, "book" values are largely irrelevant.
