Yep, got tagged in an accident. Well, more than just tagged.

Anyone got a decent '78-'80 Regal parts car?

Ours is a 24,000 mile that was in great shape. Am trying really hard to fix it and not just give up.

    Thanks for any help.

Sorry about that. In central Ohio.

Would you have any interest in harvesting and shipping for $?

There might? Be a good rear bumper in local yard here. Blacks Auto. Dona Ana NM 88032.
All his Regals are gone just Cutlasses left but there are several loose rear bumpers from other A/G cars. Dave S

No, it is NOT feasible for me to do that. You could PROBABLY get an entire rolling chassis from him for about $500, maybe less. Like I said, he has several (Probably ten to twenty!, maybe more.)
It's about a Nine to Eleven hour drive one way. Cutting apart a car and then shipping large parts is really BIG money!

Amen to that. Recently had a customer who stepped up for a pair of doors and a trunk lid for a ‘74 olds hurst 442. The parts were $400. Probably at least $600 to ship through his ABF freight account. All the way to New England. And he was a rare bird who also paid me $300 for crating, fuel, and time to bring it to ABF terminal in El Paso. He was into it for at least $1250, likely more. You would be best served by going down there to SC with truck & trailer. By doing this, you can choose the best donor car that suits your needs. Also, when you get it back home, you can make the cuts, and or drill out the spot welds where you need them to be.

Went and looked at the 78-80 Regals at the main yard. Most have either some body damage and/or rust in that area. Only one rear bumper that was not rusted or damaged, and it wasn't in that great of a chrome appearance. There are a few at the other location near his house that aren't in the stacked up piles; real close together. I will be going thee soon to look for some stuff for me, you, and another V8BUICK member.
Does your car have T-tops, vinyl top, or chrome lower trim? Those things tend to cause rust and body issues, Need your input as to options.

Based on his lack of activity, (not been on board since 30 May,) he must have given up...)
