Found this on another site. https://cincinnati.craigslist.org/cto/d/very-rare-1970-buick-grand/6497419535.html Johnny
It's being discussed in this thread started Feb 15: http://v8buick.com/index.php?threads/1970-gs-stage-1-50k-cincinnati.330214/ At least the asking price has come down from the initial $50k!
I remember the other thread because the ad calls the color "secrets green". Huh? The data plate shows 45 G.
They couldn't *pay* me $50k to haul that sorry hulk away....would cost $50k just to try to save it...who knows what it needs. Engine's probably full of spider nests, fuel tank varnished up and probably rusted to hell underneath. "Price to be determined," for sure...
Yeah, I've emailed him and told him it's seamist green. Guess he's been too busy restoring the car to correct the ad.
By todays standards, if it's been in the barn/garage, untouched and unwashed for over a week, it's a rare barn find.
Ask Jason how he changed the motor in his without getting "clean" fingerprints on his latest barn find! I prefer a cup of coffee with cream and sugar and a handful of floor sweepings to top it off. ws
naaah, that was cool in the eighties. Doesn't make it cool now but it was back then . I'm pretty sure of it as I was a teen then. Haha
I had fog lights on my 1975 Olds Omega back in the early 80's. Oh yeah, it's a road race/rally car. And don't forget the jacked up air shocks for the rear.
