A chance to be a part of the Poor Tour GSX.70 Bumper plate?

I need a ratty 1970 rear bumper "BUICK" plate for my Poor Tour GSX.
My goal is to have as many parts from as many different guys to help create this glorious abomination ! Lol
Every event I take it to I would like to get those folks present who helped to sign the underside of the decklid.
Remember I do not want anything mint, it needs to be crusty,sweaty and put up wet to match the rest of the car. No NOS parts allowed! Lol
