Cool pics, thanks for sharing. Cars look more vandalized and deteriorated than parted out. Is this yard a business?
the 68 is about 25 miles from me. why don't you fix a date on the calander and come up here and i'll take a tour of the 2 yards i visit. the other yard is where i took keith and steve too. tom came down from winn. manitoba the day before keith and steve came up. his v8 name is 64skybird
i'll see how good they are and get a pic for you. look what some idiot did to the trunk. back 20 years no one thought twice about wrecking a 150 dollor trunk for a 5 dollor jack
Probably has a working trunk release in the glovebox too? If you can, grab all the Wildcat emblems too before they turn to dust. The condition of the seatbelts isn't terribly important as long as the price is right and the buckles/anchors aren't badly rusted.
Wow, that '67 looks like a good car, I wonder what sealed it's fate? Is the drivetrain intact? Bucket Seats/Console?
Is there any early 60's nailhead stuff around there? Looks to be a lot of 4dr Chevy's there, any Impalas?
That's cool. I'll have to head up there sometime to check everything out. Is the famr turned yard one of those yards where the further back you go the further back in time you go?
theres alot of 50'and 60's nailheads in here. all complete. that 67 cat is the motor 430 pic a few before as well. that wildcat was the guys dads before he died he told me and drove it there and thats wheres its been for 20 years. there are a few pieces missing on it or damaged but its there.
are there any 69 lasabre guys that want a realy nice front bumper. i mean nice nice. off the car and ready to go nice. there is one there.
Hi Greg, The pic of pulling parts doesn't quite show my best side:laugh: On the other hand, I do look rather trim and svelte though:Brow: It was a pleasure to spend the day going through those two yards with you:beer I may just have to scrounge some more cash for a return trip later this summer:3gears: Tom
any one else want to do a road trip not a problem. come on over or down or up, i showed tom around and theres no secret to what you need if you know it. dosn't bother me either way if i get them or you get them : - )
Got any more cool pictures of trees growing up through the cars? That one next to the cat looks to have some sort of Mopar for a trunk?
