Is the ac actuator suppose to easily come apart? This is the vacuum actuator that goes in passenger side kick panel. the plastic piece that the vacuum lines connect to was just hanging loose from the metal part of the valve. It doesn't look broken so I don't know if it is suppose to be able to come apart easily or not. Thanks Michael
