I have Champions in my Mach 1, Coupe DeVille, and Riviera. Top notch quality, all fit great with no mods, and came polished from the factory. I highly recommend them myself. The Mach has a pretty big engine (552 cube, about 675 hp), so it has the 3 core, but the 472 in the Caddy and 401 in the Riv have been just fine with the 2 core, even when I drove the Caddy to Vegas and back in the 100 degree heat, it stayed cool. The Mach 1 will idle all day long till it runs out of gas in 90 degree heat or run 10 laps of autocross and never get above 150 (I have to run it cool to be on 91 octane at 13.5:1 compression). One thing: the radiator cap they come with is kind of chinsey.

Looks good to me. I went to my local radiator shop (old school) and had them order a radiator for my 72 skylark. I told them I wanted it for a a desert package with air and it came in old school 4 core, 189.00 fit right in. Probably doesn’t help but that’s what I did.

This will be cooling my 464 Stage 2 aluminum headed motor that I am putting in my backhalf car eventually.I may drop it in my 70 Skylark for a little while though.I have a Ron Davis aluminum radiator in my Skylark that does excellent cooling.

I'd buy a stand alone Rad. Those chinese fans they always include couldn't blow out a birthday cake

I have 2 Champion radiators and the 1 thing I like is how nice they are welded together. Absolutely NO sloppy welding there that I have seen and all the welds look like a stack of dimes as they should.

I put a 3-core Champion in my ‘67 Skylark. Fit and finish are flawless and cools a stock 400 just fine. Has 5/8” tubes rather than the preferred 1” or larger, but for the price it cant be beat. Think I paid $180.

I set up a 15% discount program for V8Buick members at DeWitt's Radiator. Just ask for John. They are now making them with the correct inlet/outlet for our A-Body Buicks.
This link is for the Chevelle version so you can see the quality.

I get mine straight from the Jegs website. Their prices are the same as you see on Ebay, you get free shipping every time, and there's a proven company for you to deal with if there is an issue.

    Hi Guys
I have a Dewitt rad with dual fan set up. Basically a Chevelle rad that they modify the bottom outlet for the correct Buick hose size. Had mine done in the Black Ice finish to look original. We are a Master distributor if that helps any member for pricing.

P.S. Stay away from Griffin rads. So many problems with them leaking!

    Thanks Leo

    Hey,

1+ year old thread here. Wondering if the discount is still available.

    Thanks,

Based on the Chevelle price of $549.95, the 15% knocks off about $82. Went there and added the auto trans natural finish and that upped the price to $579.95, but did come up with a $25 shipping charge with their estimator.
