Alignment issue (or at least that's what I think)

all machines can measure the alignment. It's what the guy running the machine actually knows that makes the difference. Too often now the alignment guy has a very limited knowledge about what actually works or doesn't. I give them MY specs and if they can't do it, I move on.

Yesterday finally have some time to drive the car to the align shop, I used the specs provided by @telriv and now the car acts like before the suspension rebuild and tires changes .

The steering is still too sensitive but it was like that since I have the car back on the road, so what else can I try before start thinking on a steering box change?

The spring in the P/S pump needs to be changed or shimmed.

But if the PS pump valve is shimmed I think it will run at lower pressure which will end on having a really hard steering with the car stopped. Right now sometimes my steering with the car stopped is like more hard than I would like, for example when parking I' always need to rev a little bit to make things easier

Tom has bee working on cars since cast iron first came out. If that's what Tom suggests, I'd give it a try

Just goggle GM P/S pumps. You will find more info than you can use to help solve your problems. IF nothing else worth a read.
