Any ideas what this noise is?

    Just started today. Sounds like I have a blower. Only happens while it's in gear, super loud under acceleration.
    I'm guessing trans or converter related but what,, the pump? Fluid is full...

    Th350, transgo shift kit, shifts fine. Noise gets louder with RPM. No noise in park or neutral.

    Might pull the pan and change the fluid and filter(if I can find one local) and hope for the best, gotta get to work tomorrow!
