Interested to know, anyone name their buick? My grandpa called ours Christine, then Rosaline. Anyone have a name for theirs?
I tend to use her name more than "Buick" Its always Rosaline and I, etc. People look confused, but finally get it.
'72 Electra is Seymore (my grandfather and yes, he spelled it that way). The Prototype, Black GSX, GNX, Mama's GN, My GN, etc. Some others too... Added in edit: My '64 Electra is Nellie, my grandmother and wife of Seymore. It was her last car and I still have it.
I kind of like Christine, though she has been called Rosaline since 1977. Either way, both are good. Nuclear Rose, that's a BA color name!
In the shade, it’s a dark rose color. When the sun hits it, according to the guy who shot the paint on her, it “goes nuclear”
