I wish it were in Canuckbucks! Overpriced (reserve not met at $25,665) but a pretty nice example. Just a few minor issues to sort out. Gotta pic of the new one? ws

You guys have any transportation advice? I called Bill's Auto Works today to get a price and availability today. He said he can come get it in about 6 weeks so middle of October.

Yeah. Quit being a pansy, load up the truck, and go drag her home! If a couple corn cobs will hitch up a uhaul and venture through the rotten apple, you'll have no problem!!

    :p:D;)

If I weren't stopping for three days in Chicago on my way to Cecil, I'd be willing to help.

I thought about that too Patrick. But I'd be too afraid of driving an unknown car that long of a distance.

Incredible right? Jen and I drove her 73 Mustang to BG one year. That's 2k miles round trip! In that heap!! I think it overheated somewhere in Virginia on the way back. I look back at that stuff and shake my head. What were we thinking??:D

In 1985 I was driving a 1974 Lincoln MkIV from New Orleans to Fort pierce Fl, and was getting off at a rest stop somewhere around Itchycrotchy Fl at 3 a.m. when the upper radiator hose blew a big hole. I coasted to a stop in a parking place and took a wizz. By then it had cooled off enough to put a blob of RTV over the hole and wrap it with duct tape. Took an hour nap, filled her with well water and was on my way. Necessity is the mother of invention. If the deal is 100% final have Starc run it over to Pimp Boys for the once over. With all the deals you find that $100 aint gonna bust ya is it? ws

I'll be leaving Chicago on Wednesday evening the 12th, heading to Cecil. Time it right and I can provide a reliable chase vehicle, with a basic tool kit.

Too much stuff going on right now. Im booking the shipper tomorrow AM. Spoke to Christina today. She seems very nice. She has no issues with having the car stay at her house for 6 weeks. Part of me is freaking out about it sitting there. I was going to ask you if you could pick it up for me and keep it at your house. I'd feel better knowing its at a board members house instead of someone I hardly know. All the shippers are saying up to 6 weeks out which puts it around GS Nats time. With my luck, the shipper will be at your house when we're all in BG

Not sure how it works with them picking it up. She doesn't get home during the week till after 4. How do they work that out?

And here's the pic off Ebay-

Looks nice Jason. All the shippers I have used worked with the seller on their schedule. Just gotta let them know in advance.

I bet Starc could turn one of his GS Nats passengers into a driver; you and Jen could take it home from Bowling Green!
