We dont have anything in Australia to convert a normal points distributor to electronic, Can someone tell me or give me a web site where i can get an electronic distributor and all needed parts to swap over from the old points distributor as mine is worn and sloppy so wont run well enough. thanks in advance from Australia. Even though you are in Australia, I would either send your distributor to Ken (techg8 here on V8), or buy one done and converted by him. Ask him about electronic conversions. http://www.everyday-performance.com/distributors.htm

Rover distributor??? I'd think that would be moderately common down-under. But I've been wrong before, and I don't know what Rover offered for electronic ignition. "I" would be looking for an HEI in good condition.
