I was finally able to install some of my Christmas presents I got for the beater. The beater now has a 16" saddle thumb groove wheel and a set of brandy new saddle floor mats to replace the old black ones. Everything is finally all the right color!! There is nothing like driving a car with a 16" wheel. You 71/72 guys are really missing out!! Looks so good! And disregard the towel on the seat. The set bottom is torn to shreds. The towel is a bit more comfortable!
As much as I would like to say that Brian, I can't! I couldn't find anyone giving 16" wheels away, so I had to bite the bullet on that one! And the mats are from Legendary. Albeit a small consolation, but I did get them on sale. What did I pay? Half of what I bought the whole car for! But as they say, there aren't any pockets in a casket!!!
