I love the Dupli-Color paint is Cast Coat Iron & Cast Coat Aluminum but what would work best on parts like the coil holder and starter shield?

    Cheers,
    Mike

    Hi all,
Thanks again Phil for the tip. Getting the paint has turned out to be quite an exercise, the first place was out and the second Lowes had 26 cans but were unable to sell me one because the paint is under investigation. Lol. Likely a CA compliance issue I'd guess. Got a mail order going, so we will see. On a side note.... what's the best way to ground the steering Box to the frame while not inviting rust while looking finished.

    Thanks all,
    Mike

The rag joint has a ground built in. 70 had a wire you can see built in. Probably earlier cars too. I think later models have a steel mesh built into the rubber that accomplished the same thing I believe. Not sure if that helps you?
