Search for the same part for sale in similar condition and see what it's going for.

    Joe(?), welcome aboard!

As suggested already, please first read the posted rules for selling items here.

A common practice when a person doesn't have a feel for parts values, is to start a thread in The Bench, stating clearly that you are only looking for opinions on current values, and list out the items for which you need pricing help.

Keep in mind, we do not allow selling to take place outside of the sales-specific forums, which are found near the bottom of the main forums page. If there are any replies attempting to make a purchase or hint at it, the posts will be removed and the thread could wind up being removed. Some members have a hard time remembering how this works here... :spank:

    Anyway, welcome and good luck!

    Welcome !!!

I usually go to ebay and look at completed listings. That gives me a good feel for the market.

Of course in our world condition is everything and should be factored in. Perfect NOS (no "shelf wear" etc) goes for ~10X a used part, depending on the rarity. Rarity is next so a 70 passenger side mirror goes for ~10X a 71 mirror. Good luck!
