BIG THANKS to Terry and Dave for once again putting on this wonderful event.. I truly look forward to these events every year. This one meant a lot to me this year.. Allotta work and headache for you guys, But we all appreciate being able to play with our friends. Also want to thank Donny Brass too, He put ALOT into PIMPING this race this year.. And did a wonderful job doing the Announcer thing to for the shoot outs. Martin rules !!
I had one heck of a good time @ Martin, as usual. The weather was just about perfect, meaning no wet stuff to slow down the program. Thanks to Dave and Terry, and everyone that brought their awesome cars (many from far away too) for me to drool over. :TU: How long till the next event? I sure want to be ready for the sensory overload.
It was fun, even as a spectator. Thanks to everyone involved for all the time and effort you invested in this event to pull it off so successfully. I would have run my '62 LeSabre, but no one brought a sundial!

I didn't get to make it out there as planned this year (0345 call to play choo-choo all day:af I was really looking forward to seeing everyone. Terry and Dave always do a great job putting this event on. Keep up the good work guys. Jerry, I'll have to catch up with you some other time. How did everybody run?
Yvonne hurt motor in green car but won her 2 out of 3 in my car. She did a 1.83 60ft and was all smiles
Thanks to Terry and Dave and all who host us while we beat on our cars. As an idea for added players next year, maybe bring in some old iron like tri-five Chevy Gassers or Junior Stockers and the like. We can have John Brown tech them in :grin:
I second all the above about thanks to Dave & Terry. I'm sure there are probably some others involved like family members, friends, etc. that deserve thanks also but Dave and Terry are the spear heads of the event. I think this might have been one of the largest crowds so far. We really enjoy getting the opportunity to run these events plus getting to see all the people even though I can't remember names but do the faces. Great bunch of people! Ted
My son Cameron and I both would like to add our thanks as well gentlemen. That was once of the smoothest, most low key events I can remember. Absolutely everyone I knew was having a great time. We all initially came for the cars and we now come back for the people. Well done. See everyone in Stanton. Thomas
another big thank you. got a nice sun burn. fought minor problems with the car. but somehow was able to rip off a 12.60 @ 111.66 during qualifications - I'm still in awe
Had a great time! Thank you to the promoters Dave and Terry for their hard work. Also, thank you to the racers that showed! We had weather that wasn't perfect but the rain stayed away and tail gating was top notch. See you next year. Jim
What a great event! The boys are probably still dizzy from hot lapping the Cobalts. Already looking forward to the next event and trying really hard to figure out how to escape the great state of Michigan and attend one of several more FAST races scheduled this year.
Thanks for a well run program. The event does not run itself so again, thank you for the time and effort involved!! I really appreciate the opportunity to bring out my son and my dad to the event! A great time was had by all.
