Ronnie, John Goodman played the Belushi part in the second one. A real snore.

I forget how hot Carrie Fisher was back then. She was smoking hot with that flame thrower! She had a sad demise.

One of my all time favourite movies, couldn't say how many times I've seen it but almost always spot some detail I haven't noticed before.
Must get the DVD out again.

Occasionally when I'm in the shed my neighbors get to listen to the soundtrack ;-)

If you were from Chicago, youd recognize a few scenes (the Blues Mobile in a tunnel with the spotlight scanning the roof) (plus the Carrie Fischer apology scene) which was taken in the subterranean tunnel system that used to deliver coal and mail and remove trash from the Loop in the early 1900s. There was a major breach under the river in the 90's and flooded all the big buildings' basements if you recall... ws

How often do the trains go by? So often you’ll hardly notice.

We've seen the movie a number of times and we took it to be a carton of Marlboro cigarettes..are you sure those are wiper blades??

It never occured to me they were wiper blades, the motor didnt blow up until later in the movie when Elwood had to use his sleeve to wipe the windshield...so why would they need them before then?

Had it on cassette way back in that day. Played it over and over until it was pretty much wore out. Set back, roll a fatty and hit play, go for a drive.

So you'd definitely fix the lighter then.
Mid eighties it was on every second Sunday at the Academy Theatre which had a sound system way ahead of the times - manager was an avid audiophile. We'd get our tickets then head back to the carpark for some "tuning ". Between that and Pink Floyd's the Wall movie on alternate Sunday's. You would have done well out of us Briz.

100 percent Trico wiper blades. I have the same ones in stock. Besides no one in the history of tobacco ever displayed cigarettes in a window or anywhere that someone could just help themselves. No way no how. Think about it.

We kind of thought the beer was complimentary for the band.
