Passenger side break light will not come on. Turn signal and running light works fine on that side. At one point nothing was working. Took out the socket checked the bulb (which was fine) and found when I put the socket back into it's place I had to wiggle it around to get anything (lights and turn signal) to work but the break light still wont work. Should I just replace the socket seeing as they are like $5 buck?

The original light sockets don't have a ground wire, it depends on a good connection between the spring fingers on the socket and the taillight housing for ground.
Cleaning those connections should do it. Other options are to install a ground wire between socket and body or replace the socket with a new one.

Thank you....I ordered a new socket. It's just a cut and splice of the two wise to replace correct?

Solder and heat shrink wrap. I always dap some dielectric grease in the socket too.
