    Cool, thanks!

You know, it'll never run that way without a crank among the other missing parts. :eek2:

Would of been better, topless with the valve covers off. :Brow:

Have you'll noticed No crossover for the exhaust. I would have put the intake on there with the Holley set up and give that engine what it really wants. Now who thinks they are going to have theirs running first.

Hmmmm, since I gotta pull my engine 'cause of a spun rod bearing, Hmmmmmmm, I'm gonna re-think my combo:TU:
For sure Auto Tec forged pistons, MORE COMPRESSION DAMN IT!
    Maybe forged Molnar rods
    Balanced for sure.
    MAAAAYBE the aluminum heads:eek2:
Your a BAAAAD influence on me, LOL:puzzled:
I wanna get with Michael in Macedonia first with my parts I have and see what he thinks.

Mark ID leave the Dual plane on the shelf and just go ahead get a set of heads on order and get the shortblock underway, forged bottom end with 11to1 comp and bottom 12's should be no problem

Well, I decided, after weighing the pro's and con's, IM GOING ALUMINUM HEADS.
1550.00 for irons from TA OR a few hundred more, for the aluminums with updated combustion chambers, and better flow.
The weight savings I don't care much about, its nice yes, but I'm not a hard core racer, heck, I'm not a racer at all:rolleyes:
My GS is going to be down for the spring/summer, but I'll be content knowing I'm doing this the way It should be done for my intended purpose, instead of trying to make an old build perform.
For me I'm going Molnar rods, Auto Tec pistons, and aluminum heads.:D

I haven't heard anything, but then again I'm not over anxious, so I haven't called.
Along with my Forged rods and pistons, I'm going to have Michaels go thru my iron heads for anything they need, and run those for now, I seriously doubt I'll have aluminum heads before next year, especially seeing as I'm WAAAAAAAY down on the list, no biggie.

I can see you hanging on for dear life off that 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper you are on LOL.

They are working on making them right the first time right out of the box and they want results. Maybe they found something in the first one made that we just don't know about. They have to get this right I am sure there is a lot riding on this project. Sit back, relax, and you won't be disappointed, I know.

Sorry for the long wait. We have been behind the 8 ball on many things at TA. I finally put some seats and guides in a head, ordered some different sized valves for testing. Once they get here I will start some flow testing. Pattern shop is waiting for these results before he makes the necessary changes to the pattern. MT
